ACLEDA Bank Lao Announces Series Digital Products Encouraging Social Distancing and Reducing Crowdedness

The electronic and digital banking products in the banking sector play important role during the technology era and the outbreak of COVID19. The digital banking helps the businesses to easily transfer and do the related transactions of own bank accounts. Some of the regular transfers can also be automated.

With the LAPS, ABL would welcome and allow the card holders of other banks to make cash withdrawal and check balance or balance inquiry through all ATMs of ACLEDA Bank Lao.

Currently, more than 80.000 customers have used advance technology Mobile-App. ACLEDA mobile for QR payment, Money transfer, Bill payment (Nampapa, LTC, ETL, AEON Leasing, Sokxay MFI, Prudential Life Insurrance...), Phone top-up (LTC, ETL, Unitel...), share bill, loan register, Check account balance, exchange rate, and related information.

Mrs. Kaysone LINTHONG, Head of Marketing of ABL raise that ABL already signed contract with Electricte Du Laos on providing electricity bill payment via ACLEDA mobile application and currently ABL is developing this function, and will be available soon. She also add that the use of digital services plays a very important role during the outbreak of COVID-19, the customers who have ACLEDA mobile can use and access banking service anytime without come to bank's office. Therefore, we plan to develop more functions in order to facilitate our customer.
