Mr. Soksamnang NAY, Independent Director (Cambodian)

Born in February 1, 1961. Mr. Soksamnang NAY is an Independent Director of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd., in 1 January 2025. He is a Chairman of Board Audit Committee (BACO) and a member of Board Risk Management and IT Committees (BRIC).

He completed Executive Course on Financial Institution for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED) at Havard University (USA) and had studied in Germany from 1983 to 1986 and obtained Bachelor of Public Administration.

He has extensive knowledge and experiences in the banking and financial sector. He joined ACLEDA in 1994 with the various roles in leadership, Credit, Deputy Branch Manager, Branch Manager and served until his retirement in February 2021. His last position in ACLEDA Bank Plc. was Senior Vice President & Head of Administration Division and he was responsible for leading as the following:

• Leading the branch administration affair of the bank.
• Responsible for administrative job, office organization and branch network increasing of the bank.
• Overall responsibility for day to day branch administration activities and implementation of the administration strategic and planning.
