Mr. Rattanak HO joined ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. in November 2025. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Management and a Bachelor of Accounting from the National Institute of Management. Currently, he serves as a Subsidiary Consultant at ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. and is a distinguished board member of the ACLEDA-Jardines Educational Foundation.

Mr. Rattanak has a career spanning 25 years with ACLEDA Bank Plc., beginning in 2001. Throughout his tenure, he has held various leadership and operational positions, including Credit Officer, Branch Credit Officer Manager, HR Management Unit Staff, AVP & Manager of Recruitment & Selection Unit, and Assistant Head of HR Division. His international experience includes serving as the HR Department Manager at ACLEDA MFI Myanmar Co., Ltd. (AMM), and as the Head of HR Division at ACLEDA Bank Plc.

Since November 2025, in his role as Subsidiary Consultant, he has played a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director & CEO in formulating bank strategy and achieving the organization's strategic objectives and business plans. He acts as a key advisor, providing expert consultation across all departments and branches to enhance operational efficiency, drive business growth, and ensure superior customer service. Furthermore, he is instrumental in risk mitigation and ensuring full compliance with both local regulations and the parent company's best practices.
