Born February 1, 1982. Mr. Rathmony LEAH joined Board of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. in January 2026. He obtained Master's Degree in Finance and Banking from Build Bright University, Cambodia and received Bachelor of Accounting in National Institute of Management, Cambodia. He is a Managing Director & CEO, the Chairman of Executive Committee and the member of Board Governance Committee of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd.

Mr. Rathmony LEAH has started with ACLEDA Bank Plc. for over 20 years since 2004, with the various position such as: Accountant, AVP & Manager of Accountant, Senior Budgeting and Control Specialist in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

From November 2014 to December 2025, he was a Finance Consultant & Chief Financial Officer in ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. He leads the Head of Finance Department, which oversees the Management Accounting Unit, Budgeting and Control Unit, Financial Accounting Unit, Taxation and Payment & Settlement Accounting Unit, Accounting System Unit, and Operation Support Financial Accounting Unit. He also shares responsibility for the overall strategic planning and running the day-to-day business of the Bank as well as the implementation of the business plan. He is a member of the Bank's Executive Committee. He also attends the Board Audit Committee (BACO), Board Risk Management and IT Committee (BRIC), Board Governance Committee (BGC) and Board of Directors meetings. He is Chairman of the IT Management Committee (ITMC), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Basel Committee and a member of the Bank's Management of Credit Committee (MCC), and Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO). He is also responsible the works of Information Technology Department and Treasury Department.
