Born January 14, 1991, He graduated a Bachelor's Degree From University of Laos (Faculty of Letter), Department of English in year 2014 and obtained a Higher Diploma in Banking from Banking Instituted in 2011.

Mr. Soulikone DOUANGPANYA joined ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. in September, 2011. In previous positions, he was promoted as Manager of Equipment Management Unit in 2015 and promoted to Assistant Head of Administration Department in 2016 and promoted as Head of the Administration Department in 2024. He leads and oversees the administrative team which is responsible for Assistant Heads of Administration Department, the Manager of Equipment Management Unit, the Manager of Office Administration Unit and the Manager of Affair Administration Unit. He is a number of Bank's Executive Committee, a member of the Information Technology Management Committee (ITMC), the Electronic Banking System Committee (EBS), the Implementation & Conversion of IFRS Committee and the Chairman of Procurement Committee. He is directly accountable to the Bank’s Managing Director and CEO.
